The CT Scan Supervisor is responsible for supervising the CT Scan Department, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. This includes personnel management, financial management, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in radiology and imaging, with a strong background in supervising teams and managing departmental operations.

About the Role:

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations of the CT Scan Department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise personnel, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage departmental finances, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality within the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • ARRT certification and State of FL Radiologic Technologist licensure.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in radiology and imaging, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
