Job Title: Front Office Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Sales Administrator in Eerste River.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales and administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or front of house.
  • Professional attitude and confident.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated Team Player.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Confidentiality with customers.
  • Computer literate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations, including answering phones and responding to customer enquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Assist with sales and administrative tasks, such as processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
