We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Butchery Manager to join our client's team in the retail industry.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the butchery operations, including meat cutting, wrapping, and display presentation.
  • Leading a team of butchers and sales staff, promoting excellent customer service and team motivation.
  • Ensuring all health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Assisting with stock control, inventory management, and ordering supplies as required.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in butchery management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Retail or Management.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale systems.
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
