Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing new and existing clients with professional and relevant financial advice, planning and products that are suited to their needs and requirements. This involves growing the Sanlam Adviser Business by applying knowledge and understanding of market segmentation and customer profiles to support sales and growth within the defined market.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in growing the Sanlam Adviser Business by applying knowledge and understanding of market segmentation and customer profiles to support sales and growth within the defined market
* Networking, prospecting and leads generation by creating business opportunities through face to face interactions, social or business networks, associations or ad hoc presentations
* Client consultations and sales by ensuring all client interactions are compliant in terms of disclosures and advice given and conducting comprehensive fact finding with each client to lift needs and priorities
Requirements
* Grade 12
* Successfully completed the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) "Fit and Proper" requirements and Regulatory Examination
* Skills in financial advice and support, production target achievement and budgeting, compliance and risk management, client relationship management, and financial planning and recommendations
