Business Development Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Yanolja Cloud Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing targeted sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Cold calls into prospects generated by various sources to identify potential customers.
  • Profile strategic accounts, research business requirements, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
  • Schedule appointments and demos of eZee Products/Services, showcasing their value proposition.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in our CRM application.
  • Prepare reports by collecting sales data and statistics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of sales success, preferably 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication and professional presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with potential customers.
  • Fluency in English, as well as Zulu, Xhosa, and other regional languages, to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
  • An enthusiasm for new technology and a solid technical aptitude, allowing you to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Great phone presence and ability to engage and excite potential customers, resulting in successful sales outcomes.
  • Hospitality experience or background in Hotel Tech or SAAS sales is highly desirable.
  • A positive, outgoing attitude, with the ability to manage multiple requests and time demands simultaneously while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts.
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • A personal vehicle, laptop, and reliable internet connection are essential tools for this role.
