Job Overview
Career opportunities are available for a skilled Chemist at HC Recruit (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing all quality control and formulation aspects related to production, ensuring legal conformity and alignment with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A BSc Degree in Chemistry
  • Minimum 4 years of working/researching experience in the chemistry and/or agriculture industry
  • Hold a valid driver's license

You will be required to demonstrate technical support to field salespeople, develop strong relationships with customers, and plan, organize, and manage experiments regarding new and improved product formulations.

Scheduling and executing product-related projects aligned with company strategic initiatives is also a crucial aspect of this position.

Additionally, you will be expected to suggest improvements on formulations, processes, products, or research lines.

We are looking for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities.
