We are looking for a highly skilled Truck Engine Mechanic to join our team at Premium personnel. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our fleet of diesel vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run diagnostic tests on diesel engines to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze test results and implement repairs as needed.
- Replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.
- CHECK vehicle lighting systems to ensure safety and visibility.
- Test drive vehicles to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on service trucks to extend their lifespan.
- Maintain accurate records of serviced vehicles, including maintenance history and repair notes.
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of FAW trucks and concrete batch plants.
- ASE Diesel Certification is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Good IT and diagnostic skills are essential.
- The ability to lift up to 150 pounds is necessary due to the physical demands of the job.
- Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools is mandatory.
