About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Medical Management Department.
Key Performance Areas- Compliance Administration: Maintain accurate documentation, ensure policy compliance, and stay up-to-date on internal standards.
- Office Coordination: Follow up on matters, handle requests, verify information, and keep systems up to date.
- Meeting Support: Arrange meetings, take minutes, manage registers, and schedule appointments.
- Document and Records Management: Administer records, maintain confidentiality, and ensure documentation reaches recipients.
Requirements
- Matric or Grade 12 certificate.
- Relevant 1 year's experience in an administrative environment.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic computer literacy in MS Office applications.
