About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Medical Management Department.

Key Performance Areas
  • Compliance Administration: Maintain accurate documentation, ensure policy compliance, and stay up-to-date on internal standards.
  • Office Coordination: Follow up on matters, handle requests, verify information, and keep systems up to date.
  • Meeting Support: Arrange meetings, take minutes, manage registers, and schedule appointments.
  • Document and Records Management: Administer records, maintain confidentiality, and ensure documentation reaches recipients.

Requirements

  • Matric or Grade 12 certificate.
  • Relevant 1 year's experience in an administrative environment.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic computer literacy in MS Office applications.
