REVENUE GROWTH MANAGER

The Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, increasing sales, finding new clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

This role requires building key customer relationships, recognizing business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of a Senior Certificate or NQF level 4 equivalent is required.

Prior experience in car rental and industry experience is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritizing and scheduling tasks, cold calling, and sales visits.
  • Cold calling to ensure a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Planning sales approaches or tactics that cater to clients' needs.
  • Escalating identified limitations to the Line Manager.
  • Taking all necessary and approved measures to obtain set targets.
  • Prospecting for potential new clients.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations on products and services to clients, when required.
  • Arranging and participating in client debriefs.
  • Gathering feedback from clients or prospects and sharing with internal teams.
  • Identifying new business opportunities at clients.
  • Providing post-conversation analysis.
  • Maintaining accurate data on the Client Database – tracking and recording activity on accounts.
  • Submitting weekly reports and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Forecasting and meeting sales targets.
  • Communicating new deals that have been done.
  • Reporting monthly on sales targets.
  • Actively identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating client needs.
