Customer Service Leader

Job Description
The Customer Service Leader will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing front desk operations, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service
Provide personalized services to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Front Desk Operations
Supervise the front desk team, ensuring accurate room allocations and efficient check-in/check-out processes. - Revenue and Financial Management
Monitor room occupancy and suggest strategies to increase revenue, working closely with the sales team to promote direct bookings and loyalty programs. - Team Development
Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff, promoting a culture of high-end hospitality and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
