Key Responsibilities:

  2. Front Desk Operations

  3. Revenue and Financial Management
    Monitor room occupancy and suggest strategies to increase revenue, working closely with the sales team to promote direct bookings and loyalty programs.
  4. Team Development
    Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff, promoting a culture of high-end hospitality and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
