About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Head to lead our Investments and Fund Management Division.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment management, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs of the fund management business, including financial, impact evaluation, and reporting.

The key duties of this role include setting financial objectives, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating agreements, selling investments, and maintaining records and books of account.

The Executive Head will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, setting KPIs, developing training programs, and ensuring the delivery of divisional and company objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, superior financial modeling capabilities, and numerical expertise. A CA (SA) or CFA qualification is a distinct advantage.
