Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Beauty Specialist to join our team at Silki. As a key member of our sales floor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with skincare consultations and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers regarding their beauty needs, preferences, and skin types.
  • Recommend suitable products and services based on customer consultations.
  • Actively promote and sell beauty products and services to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge about the store's product range, including ingredients, benefits, and application methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Cosmetology/Somatology/Beauty Therapy is essential. A minimum of 1-3 years' working experience in the industry is required, with excellent verbal communication skills and 1-2 years' customer service experience. Experience in the wellness industry or aesthetic environment is an added advantage.
