We are seeking a Process Improvement Facilitator to support the Regional Operations Manager in implementing Lean and World-class Manufacturing principles within our manufacturing environment.
The role involves training on operations management, project-based assignments, and exposure to all aspects of our business, particularly Operations. Key responsibilities also include evaluating manufacturing and production performance, providing manufacturing information, and engaging with the regional operations manager to support day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial (preferred) and at least 3 years' experience within a manufacturing environment. They should also have exposure to manufacturing and engineering and be able to identify complex problems, determine impact, patterns, and trends, and develop best-fit alternatives and solutions.
Job Requirements- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
