- Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance matters, including trade compliance, data protection, merger filing, international sanctions, anti-bribery, and other relevant areas.
- Dispute Resolution: Analyze disputes and provide strategic advice on resolution and quality claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Candidate Qualifications: LLB or LLM from a reputable international law school or equivalent. Admission to South Africa or equivalent will be a plus. 3-7 years post-qualification experience in corporate general and dispute resolution, preferably working experience in MNC from manufacturing industry or automotive industry.
