Job Title

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance and Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in offshore lifting equipment operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of offshore lifting equipment.
  • Lead a team of technicians and engineers to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of offshore lifting equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 8-10 years' work experience in offshore lifting equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate staff for teamwork.
  • Good in English language (reading, writing and communication skills).
  • Familiar with the use of computerized maintenance management systems such as CMMS System.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office programs.
