Fancourt Barman Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Barman to join our team at Fancourt.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, 2 years of experience as a Barhand in a 4* or 5* establishment, and a sound knowledge of cocktails and liquors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Making and serving drinks, especially cocktails;
  2. Daily stock take and effective stock rotation;
  3. Maintain cleanliness of bar area, including garbage separation;
  4. Accurate billing and cash-up.

The successful candidate will be required to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts. They will also be expected to have their own accommodation in George/surrounds and be fit and able to carry out the normal responsibilities attached to this role.
