TB Nurse Coordinator

**TB Nurse Coordinator Role Overview**

The Institute of Health Programs and Systems (IHPS) seeks a skilled TB Nurse Coordinator to support the implementation and management of the MDR-TB program within a district. The successful candidate will mentor NIMDR-TB staff, coordinate skills and knowledge transfer, and ensure quality and optimal NIMDR-TB service delivery.

• 
  
• Provide clinical support to trained NIMDR-TB staff
  
• Conduct clinical assessments and folder audits on patient files
  
• Assist with remedial action plans and quality assurance
  
• Strengthen active TB case finding and coordinate activities with health facilities
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Mentor facility clinicians on NIMDR-TB training and updates
  
• Supervise patient file recording and reporting
  
• Monitor treatment outcomes and identify program gaps
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medical Practice or equivalent
  
• Minimum three years' experience in DR-TB units
  
• Proven experience in program management and DR-TB clinical practices
