Job Title
Head of Operations & Product - AVMS

Description
The Head of Operations & Product will play a critical role in driving the success of our AVMS business. This includes developing and executing strategies to achieve operational excellence, building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, and driving innovation and growth through new product offerings.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve operational excellence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Drive innovation and growth through new product offerings
• Manage vendor and contract relationships to ensure alignment with the bank's strategic goals
• Champion transformative ideas and business models to drive the bank's innovation agenda

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies
• Ten (10) years or more experience in a fleet management environment, with five (10) years or more in a senior role
• Experience in managing full maintenance leasing products
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
• Technical experience of running a fleet maintenance entity
