About the Position

Talent Genie is looking for a highly skilled SAP Implementation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ERP transformation local business lead in various projects and tasks during the template, deployment, and testing phases.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Core Teams: Act as a business partner to various core teams within the ERP rollout, including Business & Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.
  2. Support Business Needs: Support business needs of the ERP transformation across various core functions.
  3. Localization and Execution: Localization and execution of global requirements and changes in accordance with the local Change manager.
  4. Process Mapping Assessment: Process mapping assessment of new templates to identify gaps prior to deployment.
  5. Master Data Cleansing: Assess the accuracy and relevance of master data within SAP as part of the overall master data cleansing process, make recommendations, and take actions.
  6. Data Migration Requirements: Work with the Master Data teams on data migration requirements.
  7. UAT Testing: Partner with local BPO on conducting testing of the new template as part of the UAT process.
  8. Go-Live and Post-Implementation: Support in the Go-live and post-implementation process.
