Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative designs that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams to ensure design integrity.
  • Oversee the receipt and review of vendor and consultant information.
  • Maintain records of peer reviews and approvals for discipline designs.
  • Implement process improvements, leverage lessons learned, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Contribute to studies and proposals.
  • Support site teams with engineering expertise.

Operational Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a total safety culture.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant project procedures.
  • Coordinate the issuance of fabrication, manufacturing, and construction drawings according to the project timeline.
  • Lead the management of assigned civil packages throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Verify that all packages are constructed/install ed in accordance with the project & vendor specifications.
  • Supervise procurement, fabrication, and construction activities within discipline responsibility.
  • Prepare comprehensive, well-structured, and well-presented reports.
  • Cultivate effective communication with project teams on discipline interface and problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Professional registration advantageous.
  • PMP certification beneficial.
