  • Administer employee benefits portfolio, including funeral policy benefits, medical aid benefits, and contractor savings reports.
Clients:
  • Manage client payroll calendars and process tax invoices according to client agreements.
  • Quote, POs, and tax invoices as required.
Debtors and Creditors:
  • Capture customer invoices and reconcile billable hours with client reports.
  • Allocate customer payments to customer accounts.
  • Capture supplier invoices, adjustments, and allocate supplier payments.
Cashbook:
  • Upload banks and allocate transactions to correct expenses or customers.
  • Follow up on unknown payment queries.
Referral Program:
  • Monitor referral emails, keep payment records, and administrate the database.
  • Respond to referral emails daily, add CV information, track referrals, and compile referral forms.
BBBEE Administration:
  • Support BBBEE committee activities, reporting, and communication requirements.
  • Affidavits management, Preferential procurement database, Skills development portfolio, and training register validation.
  • Calculate financials for verification (TMPS, Skills Development) and participate in the BBBEE audit/verification process.Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a financial management or controller position.
    • Excellent financial analysis, planning, and budgeting skills.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
