Job Title: QA/QC Inspector

At Execustaff Recruiting Services, we are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Inspector to join our team. As a QA/QC Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of fabricated projects within our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Quality Assurance and Control processes according to ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Stimulate quality awareness and implications among employees
  • Perform QC inspections prior to, during, and after welding, including layout, fit-up, sub-assembly, and final-assembly inspections
  • Conduct dimensional checks on critical components and inspect welds prior to NDT
  • Witness weighing of products, pre-shipment, and complete checklists
  • Review and compile NDT reports on Galactus live system
  • Acquire evidence and data for quality control and data books
  • Compile photographical, pre-heat, customer, and line boring reports
  • Log CIP3, CAR, and NCR issues and manage sign-off of ITP/QCP/SOW process steps
  • Manage 3rd party and client inspections and assist with logistics
  • Perform in-house MT and PT inspections and record UT failures on live system
  • Conduct internal and external audits, certification audits, and supplier audits
Requirements:
  • National Senior Certificate and Qualified Trade
  • Minimum 5 years of welding and fabrication experience in a similar position
  • Advanced knowledge of welding procedures and processes
  • Proficient computer and math skills, particularly MS 365
