• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in coal trading or a related field.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the coal industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and trading practices.
