Boilermaker Refurbishment Expert

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our Continuous Improvement Department at RMG Recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Project Management: Identify and monitor progress on all refurb jobs across all production areas, ensuring timely resolution of issues to prevent product delays.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with relevant personnel to decide on solutions and implement them immediately to prevent recurring problems.
• Communication: Liaise with departments including drawing office, engineering, production, sales & Marketing, Material Control, and Purchasing.
• Initiative and Planning: Initiate ECRs where necessary, attend pre-production meetings, and arrange check-point meetings.
• Tank Container Manufacturing Knowledge: Understand the tank container manufacturing process and refurbs.
• Technical Documentation Interpretation: Possess good interpretation skills for technical documentation.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other indicative tasks as required.

**Essential Requirements:**

• Must be a Qualified Red Seal Boilermaker.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Capable of working in heights and confined spaces.
• Prepared to work overtime and shifts when required.
• Willing to undergo written and verbal assessment.

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our estimate is based on industry standards and location considerations.
