About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at FriendnPal. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive business growth and success in the food and beverage industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate and direct account managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions for customers, understanding their challenges and providing chemical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Direct the integration, coordination and monitoring of new and existing divisional products, systems and programs with field sales and service teams.
  • Identify business needs and opportunities, and develop solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 4 years outside sales experience.
  • 2 years field sales/service management experience.
  • 2 years industrial food processing industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Systems sales in a technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
