Coal Miner

Hire Resolve's client is seeking an experienced Coal Miner to join their mining operation in Mpumalanga. As a Coal Miner, you will play a vital role in the extraction and production of coal, ensuring the continuous operation of underground mines.

• Operate and maintain underground mining equipment and machinery to ensure efficient coal extraction.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any abnormalities or malfunctions to prevent downtime.
• Monitor coal supplies and production levels to optimize mining operations.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve optimal mining performance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations to minimize the company's ecological footprint.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to facilitate smooth operations.

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Blasting Certificate (Underground) - Coal Mines.
• Gas Testing & Flameproof Certificates.
• Competent A Certificate.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Miner in the Coal Mining Industry.
• Underground Coal experience is essential.
• Valid driver's license.

• Negotiable salary.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable).
