Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing team as a Java Technical Lead. You'll play a key role in guiding our software developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers
  • Providing technical leadership in designing and developing Java applications
  • Conducting code reviews and implementing quality assurance processes
  • Managing projects by collaborating with stakeholders and allocating resources effectively
  • Communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team
  • At least 6 years of experience in enterprise development;
  • Strong experience using Spring / Spring boot framework;
  • Experience with relational database development;
  • Experience applying SOLID design principles;
  • Experience building web services and APIs on REST;
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of software engineers.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies i.e. Jira, Agile
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms i.e. AWS is a plus.
