As a Junior Bookkeeper - Agricultural Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

• Assist with recording and maintaining financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Support the budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure accurate and complete financial data, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Some experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in the agricultural industry
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
