Creative Sourcing is hiring a Purchasing Manager to oversee the procurement of engineering spares for our production process in Johannesburg.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in engineering spares procurement and a diploma or degree in procurement/supply chain/business management or CIPS.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Procuring engineering spares, including raw materials, bottles, cartons, labels, etc.
- Working closely with the Production Planner to ensure timely order placement and delivery.
- Negotiating cost-saving initiatives with suppliers.
- Ensuring new suppliers meet quality control standards.
- Supporting marketing efforts with artwork and amendments.
- Conducting month-end reconciliations for payment signoffs.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering spares procurement.
- Degree or diploma in procurement/supply chain/business management or CIPS.
- FMCG, manufacturing sector, and/or engineering purchasing experience essential.
