About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Development Director to join our team and lead our fundraising efforts.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan aligned with the Foundation's long-term objectives.
  • Oversee the Fundraising, Campaigns and Events portfolio, ensuring maximised revenue generation and sustainable funder relationships.
  • Manage and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, donors, and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and review business plans and budgets for the Fundraising department.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records on donor retention, engagement strategies, and future fundraising opportunities.
  3. Provide regular updates on fundraising performance, risks, and financial sustainability to the CEO.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, preferably at postgraduate level.
  • Minimum three years management experience, preferably at senior management level.
  • Experience with writing donor proposals and reports.
