Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the store and delivering exceptional customer service. This includes driving sales, building customer loyalty, and achieving sales, profit, and compliance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the Store Manager in driving sales and building customer loyalty through the execution of promotional activities and superior customer service.
- To efficiently execute all operational activities of the store, including expenses, stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping, and administration.
- To maintain high standards of store appearance and presentation, ensuring it meets the brand image.
- To support staff motivation and direction to achieve their targets and performance goals, and effectively manage in the absence of the Store Manager.
- To execute customer service initiatives that result in a great customer experience, drives customer loyalty, and achieves club card participation targets.
