We are seeking a skilled Quality Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Food Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the Quality Department in achieving compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Devising and maintaining Site Document Control.
  • Data capturing and filing, statistical control analysis, and corresponding with stakeholders.
  • Carrying out background research, presenting findings, and producing high-quality documents.
  • Organizing and attending meetings, ensuring alignment with Site Objectives.
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers for general information.
  • Leading or participating in 3rd party audit certifications, surveillance audits, and other related inspections.
  • Controlling and implementing Pre-Requisite Programs/GMPs.
  • Driving the continuous improvement of our Food Safety Management System.
  • Ensuring correct document revisions and availability of documents at point of use.
  • Training responsibility, including organizing in-house trainings.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 certificate required.
  • Food Safety System Certification desirable.
  • FMCG Knowledge and Analytical Aptitude essential.
