We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Regional Supervisor to join our team and provide leadership and guidance to our branches across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple branches, including managing teams of security personnel and developing strategies to improve service levels.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to branch managers and security personnel.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service levels and meet client requirements.
  • Collaborating with Executive management to identify and address operational issues.
  • Preparing and submitting regular reports to Senior Management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation, and at least 10 years' experience in the security industry are essential.
