Safety and Security Contract Specialist
  Tsuafrica is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Security Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective execution of safety and security operations at our TSU Guarding sites. Key responsibilities include:
  Responsibilities:
    • Assist the GM TSU Guarding in managing and supervising all security staff and activities on site
    • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policies as per site and TSU Protection Services requirements
    • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure all staff are briefed, dressed, and equipped correctly
    • Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours and maintain open communication channels
  Requirements:
    • Tertiary diploma in Security Management or equivalent
    • PSIRA registered Grade A
    • Matric Grade 12
    • At least 5-8 years' managerial experience in the Security Industry
    • Valid driver's license
    • Computer literate and strong report writing skills
    • Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
    • Experience in investigations and report writing
    • Clean credit and criminal record
    • Solid track record of managing security officers and dealing with discipline and conflict management
    • Risk identification and analysis background
    • Excellent guest relations skills and experience in dealing with clients
    • Ability to communicate effectively with executives
    • Strong personal initiative and integrity, with ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver solutions under minimal guidance
    • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information/matters sensitively
    • Proven collaboration skills – can lead internal/external multi-functional teams and meet externally driven deadlines despite multiple priorities
