Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer with a strong passion for luxury spa and wellness design. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing high-end spas, retail spaces, and holistic wellness environments, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs that reflect the brand's identity and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interior Design & Space Planning
  • Develop visually appealing and functional interior designs for luxury spas, wellness spaces, and retail environments.
  • Create mood boards, design presentations, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Evaluate site assessments and provide space planning solutions to optimize flow, functionality, and aesthetics.
Product & Material Sourcing
  • Identify and source high-quality materials, furniture, lighting, and décor elements suitable for luxury spa and retail environments.
  • Benchmark suppliers and artisans to ensure access to premium, eco-friendly, and cost-effective products.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with suppliers to ensure budget-friendly procurement.
Brand Alignment & Experience Enhancement
  • Maintain a cohesive and immersive brand experience across all interior spaces, reflecting the company's luxury, wellness, and sustainability ethos.
  • Enhance the customer experience by incorporating sensory elements such as lighting, textures, scents, and acoustics.
Budget & Project Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of execution.
