**Job Overview:**

H2R Africa is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Engagement Solutions Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and be able to lead technical teams in implementing complex solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical specifications and system architecture diagrams for customer engagement solutions.
  • Oversee the development of solutions from design to testing and maintenance, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Lead technical resources within the context of a project, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adoption of architectural and development standards by the implementation team.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project team members, providing expert guidance on customer engagement solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with business analysts to ensure the best solution is implemented.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to define tasks, delivery timeframes, and priorities, driving delivery and task orientation to meet deadlines.
  • Mentor team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Escalate issues timely and clearly, communicating with stakeholders to resolve problems and deliver solutions within allocated project timeframes.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
  • 5-8 years of practical work experience in a Microsoft consulting environment.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience leading technical teams/projects, with a focus on leadership.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications.
  • Diploma or university degree in Informatics (or similar field) - advantageous.
