Teaching Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Expert to join our team at Rosebank College. As a key member of our academic staff, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

• Teaching and Learning: Deliver lectures and engage students based on module-specific requirements.
• Resource Management: Manage resources, including academic materials, and consult with the Information Centre.
• Assessment and Feedback: Update learning management systems and provide feedback to students.
• Student Support: Engage and prepare students for assessments, identify at-risk students, and develop assessments in accordance with Central Academic Team briefings.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor student engagement and assessment submission, with relevant escalation.

• Bachelor of Education Degree: A Bachelor of Education degree with a major in FAL: Xitsonga up to NQF 7.
• Experience: 1-3 years of industry-specific experience in the area of specialisation and a minimum of 3 years lecturing experience.
• Qualifications: One NQF level higher than the qualification being taught.
