  8. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

  10. Attend training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
  3. CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
  4. Compassionate and patient nature.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  7. Physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting and transferring clients.
  8. Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time permanent position. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and evening shifts as needed. The Compassionate Caregiver may also be required to work on-call shifts. The work environment may include client homes, healthcare facilities, and community settings.
