Your Job Description
This is a dynamic role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance or accounting. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Preparing financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and ensuring accurate cash flow management.
  2. Liaising with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing reports, and providing insightful analysis.
  4. Identifying areas for process improvement, streamlining operations, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  5. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  6. Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Your Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A CA (SA) or CIMA qualification.
  • No less than 5 years of valuable experience in a similar role.
  • A Finance or Accounting degree from a reputable institution.
  • Proficiency in Xero and Syft software.
  • A background in construction-related finance.
  • Extensive experience with reporting pack compilations.
  • Excellent efficiency, organisation, and attention to detail skills.
  • The ability to navigate Microsoft 365 suite and Excel effortlessly.
