We're looking for a seasoned professional who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Collaborating with executives to understand their staffing needs
  • Providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends
  • Managing and negotiating employment offers, including compensation packages and relocation assistance

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Degree/diploma
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Leadership experience of a minimum of 3 people
  • 5 years in recruitment - preferably how to build recruiter brands
