The role of the Senior Data Lead at Exxaro is to ensure that data governance and quality standards are met across the organization.

As Chief Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, accurate, and reliable data processes across Exxaro. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the IM team to design and implement scalable solutions that empower data-driven decisions and enhance organizational performance.

With a strong background in data infrastructure and expertise in driving efficiency, scalability, and performance improvements, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing data governance frameworks
• Developing and maintaining data quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

In return, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
