Job Description:

This role is responsible for maintaining and developing excellent student relationships and providing support to students throughout their journey from enrolment to graduation.

The successful candidate will contribute to a positive student experience and student retention by facilitating the implementation of the end-to-end enrolment and onboarding process, managing handover and transition from new business, and providing induction and orientation support including access to systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the enrolment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth student experience
  • Manage transitions from new business to maintain efficient operations
  • Provide induction and orientation support to new students, including access to necessary systems
  • Contract management and query resolution
  • Student engagement and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Ongoing query resolution and problem solving
  • Scheduled engagements with students to check-in and provide support
  • Facilitate on-campus election processes and student representative council activities
  • Development and implementation of operational plans and budgets
  • Implementation of on-campus student activities, events, clubs, and societies
  • Safeguarding and incident report facilitation
  • Student wellness awareness and referral
