Student Experience Coordinator

This role is responsible for maintaining and developing excellent student relationships and providing support to students throughout their journey from enrolment to graduation.
The successful candidate will contribute to a positive student experience and student retention by facilitating the implementation of the end-to-end enrolment and onboarding process, managing handover and transition from new business, and providing induction and orientation support including access to systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the enrolment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth student experience
- Manage transitions from new business to maintain efficient operations
- Provide induction and orientation support to new students, including access to necessary systems
- Contract management and query resolution
- Student engagement and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Ongoing query resolution and problem solving
- Scheduled engagements with students to check-in and provide support
- Facilitate on-campus election processes and student representative council activities
- Development and implementation of operational plans and budgets
- Implementation of on-campus student activities, events, clubs, and societies
- Safeguarding and incident report facilitation
- Student wellness awareness and referral
