Responsibilities:

As a Senior Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the finance and accounting division
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters to senior management and the board
  • Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, investors and suppliers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A minimum of a relevant Diploma, Bachelors Degree or similar professional qualification
  • Alternatively, appropriate levels of leadership as a Financial Controller with a minimum of 7 (seven) years related work experience in a Hotel environment
  • Demonstrated business, auditing, and commercial acumen
  • Working knowledge of POS and PMS systems and AccPac or similar Accounting Packages
  • Strategic focus
  • Ability to lead a Department with strong Leadership and people development skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements and tax legislation

Salary:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of R85,000 - R95,000 CTC.
