Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper / Financial Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations and financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Perform cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance
- Matric plus Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English languages
