Job Title: Bookkeeper / Financial Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper / Financial Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations and financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Perform cash flow forecasting and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance
  • Matric plus Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English languages
