Job Overview

The Clicks Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Your primary focus will be on managing various queues within our Freshdesk environment, including online shopping, social media, and email correspondence. You will also be resolving customer queries and complaints via multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and one other South African language. A national senior certificate (grade 12) and at least 5 years' experience in a customer service environment are also required.

In addition to your technical skills, you must demonstrate a flair for troubleshooting and out-of-the-box problem solving. You will work closely with our team leader to submit weekly reports detailing the number of interactions handled.
