This role requires a strategic advisor to partner with investment and wealth independent financial advisors (IFAs) to build and maintain strong relationships. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the investments and wealth management industry, including product, market, and sales knowledge.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Building and maintaining relationships with IFAs.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance SIC/IFA business relationships.
  3. Coaching and mentoring IFAs to improve their business performance.
  4. Staying up-to-date with product, market, and sales trends.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

  1. A 3-year BCom degree in Business Management or Investments.
  2. At least 3-5 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably in investments.
  3. Honours degree or CFA and/or CFP is an advantage.
