The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, including forecasting, logistics, and inventory management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing order levels in line with business plans
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the company's supply chain strategy
  • Analyzing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-effective solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on supply chain activities
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS, LOGISTICS PROVIDERS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS
  • Leading and overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, planning, and warehousing
  • Coaching and managing a team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Proven experience in forecasting and supply chain management, particularly in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years at a managerial level
  • Cosmetic/pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and supply chain management software

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
