Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for managing and controlling the "Love your Body" club membership, promotional activities, and operations to ensure set acquisition targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update The Body Shop brand website through an external service provider.
  • Manage content and mailing of the monthly customer newsletter through an external service provider.
  • Manage the customer life cycle from enrolment to completed membership.
  • Manage third-party suppliers' deliverables and deadlines.
  • Maintain and clean the database regularly.
  • Manage data flow between stores, call centre, third-party suppliers, Head Office, and CRM System.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and SOP manuals for stores and Head Office.
  • Drive acquisition of the "LYB" card to achieve set targets.
  • Create a promotional plan for the "LYB" loyalty club to complement the Brand Marketing plan.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or customer relations management.
