Job Overview
Pro Select Consulting is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Piet Retief store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the store's day-to-day activities, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Spearhead store team development by identifying training needs, emphasizing talent management, and succession planning.
  2. Recruit, administer, and manage store performance in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  3. Implement customer experience processes, including business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, and customer feedback.
  4. Enforce overall compliance through defined processes.
  5. Explore opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.
