Responsibilities- Implement best practices for welding work to optimize productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Support the maintenance team with repair, modification, installation, and manufacturing tasks.
- Pursue solutions to eliminate failures and improve overall performance.
- Maintain a safe working environment and promote health and safety initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Completion of a 2-year welding program or equivalent experience.
- Preference given to candidates with a red seal welding certification.
- 3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
